Your referrals can earn you free months of service or valuable service credits, while giving other organizations access to the same IT support, security, and dedicated service you’re used to.
There’s no limit! Every referral is an opportunity to save money while helping other organizations succeed with Techdoz.
How It Works
If You Are an Existing Managed IT Client
- Refer an organization that signs a Managed IT contract, and you get one free month of service.
- The free month is capped at the lower of:
A. Your current contract level or
B. The referred client’s contract level.
If You Are an Existing Break & Fix Client
- Refer an organization that signs a Managed IT contract, and you get a service credit equal to their first contract value.
- The credit can be used on a future project with Techdoz within one year.
No Cash Value, No Limits
- Refer as many organizations as you want! Each successful referral means more free IT support or service credits.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Available to active Techdoz clients on a Managed IT Services contract or who have used Techdoz Break & Fix services within the past two years. The referred business must sign a new Managed IT Services contract. Self-referrals, referrals within the same corporate entity, and former Techdoz clients are excluded.
Managed IT Referral Reward
The referring client receives one free month of Managed IT service, applied to their next billing cycle. The free month is capped at the lower of the referring client’s current contract level or the referred client’s contract level.
Break & Fix Referral Reward
The referring client receives a service credit equal to the first month’s contract value of the referred client. The credit must be redeemed within one year, used in a single Break & Fix transaction, and has no cash value.
General Terms
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Referred businesses must sign a Managed IT Services contract within 90 days of referral submission. Techdoz reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. All eligibility and reward determinations are final. Participation confirms consent for Techdoz to contact the referral and handle information in accordance with Techdoz’s Privacy Policy.
